MRI is excited to announce the launch of our newly enhanced Inclined Plate Settler, a next-generation design that builds upon nearly 50 years of proven settling technology and field success. While maintaining the trusted operating principles and reliability that has made MRI a leader in clarification solutions, this latest evolution introduces significant advancements in performance, structural integrity, and operational consistency.
The new EcoFlow™ inlet system, featuring graduated inlet slots is designed to optimize flow control as water enters the settling zone. This innovative configuration reduces particle travel distance and increases capture velocity, resulting in more efficient solids separation and improved settling performance.
The foundation of MRI's distribution, the top tube with flow orifices remains a core component, continuing to deliver uniform flow across the full width of the settler. Enhancing this element is a newly engineered flat plate top deck, designed to provide greater strength, durability, and operator safety. The reinforced structure supports up to 300 pounds of concentrated load, creating a robust and dependable working platform for routine inspections and maintenance.
While these enhancements represent a significant step forward, the foundation of the product remains unchanged. The MRI Inclined Plate Settler continues to provide the outstanding effluent quality, dependable operation, and long-term performance that customers have trusted through more than 400 installations worldwide.
